We
are pleased to announce the introduction of two new dishes to our
already extensive menu.These dishes have been developed by our Chef,
Jaynal Miah, based on traditional recipes from his homeland of western
Bangladesh.
Chicken
Habigonj (left)
An extraordinary dish: delicately spiced chicken breast cooked with
mushrooms, caramelised onions and red peppers in a medium to fairly
hot sauce.
The Chef prepares the sauce to his
own special (secret!) recipe but you may notice the subtle taste
of maple syrup amongst the wonderful flavours of this dish.
The dish is served at the table onto a sizzling skillet.
Chicken
Sylheti (right)
A mouth watering dish of goujons of chicken cooked with potatoes
in another special sauce developed by the Chef.
Normally served medium hot but it can be made to suit your taste.
It can also be served with lamb.

a new starter.
Torrmoose - a generous wedge of fresh, chilled
water melon served with a delicious fruit coulis.

to come!
